Honky Tonk Tuesday

This Tuesday we’ll be Honky Tonkin’ at the Outer Space in Hamden. This is by far one of our favorite rooms to play, the beer is great, the staff is amazing, and the sound can’t be beat! As if that weren’t enough, we have the great pleasure of being joined on piano by Pocket Vinyl’s Eric Stevenson and on bass by Corina Malbaurn. Here’s the FB event invite for more info, we’ll see you there!

Perks & Corks ~ December 29th

Thursday, December 29th, 8pm, No Cover

Join Daphne Lee & Sandy Allen for another one of their fun-filled songwriter nights at Perks! This one’s going to be extra special, we have guest Michael Poulopoulos joining us! Here’s more detail on Michael and a link to the FB event page. And Perks is a fantastic little wine bar, with craft beers, specialty coffee drinks, couches and a nice laid back feel. Hope to see you there!

Michael Poulopoulos ~ Sweetly melodic and often melancholy, as well as intelligent and soulful, Poulopoulos’s songs, like him, are honest and eloquent. His guitar playing makes you want to tap your feet, or cry a little. Sometimes both. His lyrics, complemented by the steady strum or picked out tones of the guitar, always tell a story — some are sad, some are happy, and some, like his song “On and On,” achieve both with a humorous spin — and they’re always poignant. www.mrpoulopoulos.com

Vanilla Bean Songwriter Sessions!

This Friday night in Pomfret!  The flyer’s got details, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this room! It’s one of the best places I’ve ever played, and this show should be fantastic!

I’ve already had the pleasure of playing with Lisa at the Sinner’s Circle this summer at Hygienic Art Park, and Marc Douglas is completely entertaining! Jennifer sounds great over the air waves, and I can’t wait to hear her in person as well!

Find the event on Facebook!

See you there!  www.thevanillabeancafe.com
